Day #1

Wasnt as bad as I was thinking it was gonna be.

Maybe it is because my body is used to having a day or so break in between, usually didn't smoke on weekends unless there was an occasion or event. #social smoker problems

I wanted one a couple times, especially in the morning and when someone close to me was talking directly to me while they were smoking. I did it to test myself and hey. First one was a success!  Then I put myself in a situation drinking and hanging out, passed again, this was in the first day and a half though, let's be real. Now at work around smokers. Replaced smoking with drinking more water, constantly having my water bottle in my hand. Tried lemon juice in the water, not bad. Calorie free flavour :)
